30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To qualify for a return:

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Once approved, you can send the item back to us via post. Please include a brief note explaining the reason for your return along with your order details.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during transit. Untracked returns that do not arrive may not qualify for a refund.
RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to a defective item or a shipping error on our part.

The Midnight Society does not provide return labels. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return postage.
