30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition

  • Items must include all original packaging and documentation (e.g., order confirmation or packing slip)


HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

To initiate a return, please email us at support@themidnightsociety.uk with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Name on the order

  • Delivery address

Once approved, you can send the item back to us via post. Please include a brief note explaining the reason for your return along with your order details.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during transit. Untracked returns that do not arrive may not qualify for a refund.


RETURN SHIPPING

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to a defective item or a shipping error on our part.

  • The Midnight Society does not provide return labels. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return postage.

  • Returns must be sent by post. We do not accept drop-off or in-store returns.


REFUND PROCESS

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time is typically within 5–7 business days after inspection

Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Used items

  • Gifted products (without original proof of purchase)


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@themidnightsociety.uk with:

  • Clear photos of the damage or defect

  • A detailed description of the issue

We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including a replacement or refund if applicable.


EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item for a refund

  2. Place a new order for the replacement item
