Ordering

Where can I find my order details?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Didn’t receive one? Be sure to check your spam folder and add support@themidnightsociety.com to your safe list. You can also track your order on the Track Your Order page.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it ships. Once it’s been dispatched, we’re unable to make changes. Contact Customer Support as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist you in time.

I ordered the wrong size/item – can I change it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact us right away. We'll do everything we can to adjust your order before it leaves our warehouse.

Why was my order cancelled?

We’re sorry your order was cancelled. This can happen due to stock availability or issues with payment authorization. Reach out to Customer Support for more details and assistance.

I'm unsure about sizing – what should I do?

Our Size Guide includes measurements and fit notes to help you find your perfect size. Still not sure? Email us — we’re happy to give you personal sizing advice.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your parcel ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Follow the link in the email or visit the Track Your Order page on our website.

My tracking shows no updates – is something wrong?

Sometimes tracking updates take a bit of time. Please check your spam folder for the shipping confirmation. If there’s still no update after 72 hours, contact Customer Support and we’ll help you check on it.

What if my package gets lost?

Lost packages are rare, but if your parcel hasn’t arrived, please contact the carrier first. If needed, we’re happy to assist you in resolving the issue. Please keep your proof of postage, as The Midnight Society is not liable for lost or misdelivered parcels.

I want to return something – how does it work?

We’re sorry it didn’t work out! Returns are simple and hassle-free. Visit our Refund Policy page for detailed instructions.

Do you refund shipping charges for returns?

Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
